The easiest way to try and explain this is, we all have 46 chromosomes and we inherit one from our mum and one from our dad, and as many of you are aware things can go wrong either duplication,deletion,or additional cromosones and ring's, this can cause unbalanced or balanced translocation.Ryan has the same as me his mum, in one of his chromosomes he has a ring 21 then in his other chromsomes some of his cells are missing on the 21 chromosome, which means he has Partial Mosaic Monosomy 21.
